I want each recipient of A Gratitude Journal from the Energy of the Sea to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
I accept Paypal through which you can also pay with a credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please make your payment within 24 hours of your purchase so that you can receive my beautiful creation as soon as possible.
In the United States, I will ship your purchase within 72 hours of payment using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx ground. Both will have shipping confirmation and insurance included. I will contact you when your order is on its way.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
I am delighted when my buyers are happy with their purchases! Returns and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis; therefore, please contact me at email@example.com within six days of receipt of your order if you have any questions or concerns.
While I make every effort to package your Journal securely, on rare occasions it may be damaged in transit. If you receive an order that was damaged by the shipper, please contact me right away so that we may file an insurance claim with them. I will ask that you return the Journal to me and assist with filling out the required paperwork so that we may be reimbursed. I will then be happy to ship a replacement Journal to you at no charge. Please understand that I cannot provide a refund for a Journal that has been damaged by the buyer.
If a refund is to be issued for reasons other than shipping damage, it will be minus the initial shipping cost. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the Journal back to me using delivery confirmation.
If a shipment is refused, I can issue a refund once the package is safely back in my hands, less all shipping costs and any additional fees I may have incurred.
